Executive Coaching is essential to really finding the learning and leadership edge to your development as a top Senior Leader. Tim has a unique, strong blend of organisational development consultancy, business acumen and the psychological underpinning of human motivation and engagement. He is deeply interested in people and organisations, and in what builds long-term sustainable outcomes.
From financial services, to high tech, and from travel to utilities and not-for-profit organisations, Tim has worked with a myriad of leaders within many different cultures. From high talent developing to ‘C’ Level, entry into Board, or leaders working to establish a stronger leadership team, Tim is there as a reflective, challenging and supportive coach. He will work from strong insight into your motivations, challenges and organisation, with the benefit of significant external insight and experience.
Although each assignment is unique, typically Tim will work with a leader between 6 months to a year, with regular sessions on a monthly / 6 weekly basis.
